Pablo Starr

Pablo Starr left a cushy journalism job in New Orleans and moved to LA to play music, where he spent several years as part of the LA music scene, hanging out with Sia, having tracks recorded by the producer of The Pixies, recording with Tanya Haden (later married to Jack Black), among other fun collaborations and adventures.

He'd been singing in rock bands since high school, but he'd also earned an MA in Creative Writing, and as he was writing and recording music, he was writing scripts and composing songs for movies he saw in his head.

After years of pitching scripts he was told were "too expensive to ever be made," and tired of being a struggling musician, he started Fashion Week Online as a way to make money.

Meanwhile, he continued to write and record, publishing the critically acclaimed novel RNWY, then collaborating on graphic novels to try and show his funny, heartfelt, and sometimes scary visions to the world.
